Help! It is raining glass splinters!

Last Sunday while I was playing with my Yoyo, it accidentally
flew out of my hand causing it to hit a fluorescent tube.
The fluorescent tube broke into hundreds of pieces and fell on me.
Thank God I was not hurt badly. Just a small cut on my head.
